September Builders Theme: I am a builder when I build with enthusiasm.
Enthusiasm is one of our foundations at APA. The following is from our handbook: “Enthusiasm propels one on to greater effort. Enthusiasm makes work enjoyable and provides encouragement for others to put forth increased effort. It is the responsibility of every member of the American Prep community to bring enthusiasm to their work and to their associations at school.”
Fall Festival- September 24
Our Fall Festival is Thursday, September 24th from 5:00–8:00 PM.
- Pre-purchased wristbands and meal tickets will be sent home with students — please bring them with you
- Wristbands and meal tickets are available at the door for $12, cash or card
- Booths accept event tickets only, no cash — ticket packs are available at the sales table
- Parents should attend with their students and stay with them throughout the evening

College Memorabilia Needed
Our college week will be held from September 28 through October 2. We are looking for college flags, pennants, banners, or other college-themed items to help decorate our school. If you have any college memorabilia that you would be willing to donate, we would greatly appreciate it. Items from any college or university in any state are welcome. Our goal is to decorate the entire school and inspire our students to explore college opportunities. Thank you for your support and generosity!

El entusiasmo es uno de nuestros pilares fundamentales en APA. El siguiente texto proviene de nuestro manual: “El entusiasmo impulsa a esforzarse más. Hace que el trabajo sea placentero y motiva a los demás a redoblar sus esfuerzos. Es responsabilidad de cada miembro de la comunidad de American Prep aportar entusiasmo a su trabajo y a sus relaciones en la escuela”.
Festival de Otoño – 24 de septiembre
Nuestro El Festival de Otoño se celebrará el jueves 24 de septiembre de 17:00 a 20:00 horas.
- Las pulseras y los vales de comida comprados con antelación se enviarán a casa con los estudiantes; por favor, tráiganlos consigo.
- Las pulseras y los vales de comida están disponibles en la entrada por 12 dólares, en efectivo o con tarjeta.
- En los puestos solo se aceptan entradas para el evento, no efectivo; los paquetes de entradas están disponibles en la mesa de ventas.
- Los padres deben asistir con sus hijos y permanecer con ellos durante toda la noche.

Nuestra semana universitaria se llevará a cabo del 28 de septiembre al 2 de octubre.
