November Builders Theme: I am a builder when I express gratitude in word and deed.
Saying “thank you” is a powerful positive force for good when we get in the habit of saying it to our family members, friends, neighbors, and co-workers! We can write a quick thank you note, and it can make an amazing difference in someone’s life. We challenge our students and their families to make an extra effort to express gratitude during the month of November.

Reflection Questions:
- Consider the virtue of gratitude and vice of envy and how they relate to this quote.
- Is Seneca saying don’t “dream big” for your future? If not, what is he suggesting?
- What do you have right now that you could put to better use? (ie. your physical, emotional and mental capacities, your time, your relationships, certain possessions & materials…)

8th/9th Pre-ACT – November 18
All 8th and 9th graders will be taking the Pre-ACT tomorrow. It is helpful if they have a good night of sleep and a healthy breakfast. Thank you to the parents who donated snacks!

Act Now for 2026-27 Enrollment!
The window to enroll siblings and request campus transfers is NOW OPEN and closes soon! We prioritize our current APA families, but you must take action during this period to secure your seat.
Priority Deadlines (Nov 1 – Dec 1):
- Sibling Enrollment: Enroll a new sibling (K–12) by December 1st to ensure they receive priority status over the public lottery. Please sign up for your sibling assessment/tour right away.
- Transfer Requests: If you wish to transfer to another APA campus for next year, your request must be submitted by December 15th.
- New Student Tours: Enrollment for new, non-APA families will open on November 28th.

¡El plazo para inscribir a hermanos y solicitar traslados entre campus ya está abierto y cierra pronto! Damos prioridad a nuestras familias actuales de APA, pero debes actuar durante este periodo para asegurar tu plaza.
Plazos prioritarios (1 de noviembre – 1 de diciembre):
- Inscripción de hermanosInscriba a su nuevo hermano/a (de kínder a 12.º grado) antes del 1 de diciembre para garantizarle prioridad en el sorteo público. Por favor, inscríbase de inmediato para la evaluación/visita guiada de su hermano/a.
- Solicitudes de transferenciaSi deseas trasladarte a otro campus de la APA para el próximo año, tu solicitud debe presentarse antes del 15 de diciembre.
- Nuevas visitas guiadas para estudiantes: La inscripción para familias nuevas que no pertenecen a la APA se abrirá el 28 de noviembre.
