Summer Office Hours
Our hours are 8-4 Tuesday- Thursday next week.
Secretaries will be available 10-2 Monday-Thursday from June 15th-July 2nd.
August hours will be advertised at a later date.
Yearbook Signing
We are only allowing paper for signing yearbooks. There will be no signing of clothing or bodies.
Students Not Returning to APA

Used Uniform Donations
We are accepting used uniform donations until the end of the school year. We kindly request that all items be in clean, gently used condition, (without stains, holes, fraying), that meet our Uniform Dress Code Policy. We anticipate hosting a used uniform sale in August. Thank you for your generous contributions!
What Your Grader Needs to Know Books
We do our book exchange for “What your Grader Needs to Know” books at the beginning of the year. Please do not send these in for exchange at the end of the year. These will be accepted and exchanged when the new year starts.
Elementary Teacher Requests for Next School Year
Many of you are asking about requesting teachers for next year. Please understand that no matter who
your child’s homeroom teacher will be, your child will have many different teachers for different subjects
and will have the opportunity to learn from the very excellent programs we offer at American
Preparatory Academy. As we create new class lists for this upcoming school year, it is important to us that
we consider each child individually and give them the best placement possible. We love your students,
and we desire success and happiness for each one of them. We will go over the class lists with a
“fine-tooth comb,” making sure that each student is in the best place possible for him/her. Although we
will not be taking general requests, if your child has certain needs that require special consideration,

Volunteer Hours
We are grateful for all of the hours parents volunteer for our school. We encourage everyone to record their volunteer hours now before the hours are forgotten. Donaciones de uniformes usados
Aceptamos donaciones de uniformes usados hasta el final del año escolar.
